Stephen, known as Coach Que, is a dedicated family man, married with four children, and a passionate basketball coach and podcaster. As the varsity girls basketball coach at New Town High School, he focuses on building strong relationships with players and their families, emphasizing personal growth alongside athletic skills. He hosts Full Court Dreams: The Underdawg's Voice, a podcast that highlights inspiring underdog stories from youth athletes and their parents. Stephen co-leads Cutt Nation with Maurice Johnson, where they prioritize player development and positive team culture. Beyond coaching, he creates lesson plans for middle school students, supports children’s basic needs in schools, and motivates students and athletes to pursue their goals. Through every aspect of his work, Stephen remains committed to championing the underdog spirit.
